Academic writing at Private Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIS) requires not only mastery of scientific principles but also the ability to integrate Islamic values ??into the knowledge production process. This study aims to understand the experiences of PTKIS students in interpreting the integration of Islamic values ??into scientific writing. The study employed a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The participants consisted of 10 PTKIS students selected through purposive sampling based on their experiences in writing academic papers, scientific articles, research proposals, or theses. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, then analyzed using Moustakas' phenomenological stages, including horizonalization, grouping themes, textural description, structural description, and compiling the essence of experience. The results show that students interpret the integration of Islamic values ??in academic writing through five main themes: writing as intellectual worship, integrating Islamic values ??as a framework for thinking, strengthening ethical values ??in scientific writing, challenges of integrating Islamic values, and the formation of a Muslim academic identity. This finding confirms that academic writing in PTKIS functions as a means of developing scientific competence as well as a medium for internalizing Islamic values, academic integrity, and spiritual responsibility.
