PEMBENTUKAN AKHLAK SISWA MELALUI EKSTRAKURIKULER ROHANI ISLAM (ROHIS) DI SEKOLAH MENENGAH KEJURUAN (SMK) NEGERI 2 KABUPATEN LAHAT

In this study, the researcher analyzed the formulation of the problem regarding: 1) the formation of students' morals through Islamic Spiritual Extracurricular (ROHIS) at State Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Lahat Regency; 2) supporting and inhibiting factors faced in the formation of students' morals through Islamic Spiritual Extracurricular (ROHIS) at State Vocational High School (SMK) 2 Lahat Regency. The method used in this study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed qualitatively with the steps of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it was found that: 1) the formation of students' morals through Islamic Spiritual Extracurricular activities at State Vocational High School 2 Lahat Regency is carried out every Sunday in rotation per class through the methods of habituation, exemplary behavior, affection, confiding and punishment. The extracurricular activities of the Rohis begin with the reading of Yasinan, Tahlil and prayers, the reading of the divine words, the call to prayer, the recitation of the kultum, the reading of Asmaul Husana, the salawat upon the Prophet and ends with a spiritual shower by the teacher, then, 2) supporting factors in the formation of student morals through extracurricular activities are (i) the commitment and support of the principal; (ii) the quality of the Rohis supervisors and administrators; (iii) relevant and interesting activities; (iv) the school environment and the participation of parents and the community.
