Abstract

Conflict in educational institutions is an inevitable phenomenon arising from differences in perspectives, interests, and social interactions. This study aims to analyze the conflict resolution patterns exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Tarbawi Hadith and examine their relevance to contemporary educational conflict management. This research employs a qualitative approach using the library research method, drawing on Qur’anic verses, hadith literature, and relevant educational management studies. Data were analyzed through content and thematic analysis to identify key principles of conflict resolution. The findings reveal that the Prophet’s conflict resolution patterns include consultation (shura), emotional self-control, persuasive and humanistic communication, and justice. These principles are not only normative but also pedagogical and managerial in nature. The study contributes conceptually by proposing an integrative framework that connects Tarbawi Hadith values with modern conflict management theory, offering a value-based, humanistic, and character-oriented approach to managing conflicts in educational institutions.
