INTEGRASI TEORI BELAJAR SOSIAL BANDURA DALAM PENDIDIKAN AKHLAK ISLAMI

Moral degradation in contemporary education has become a serious problem due to social change, technological advancement, and shifts in cultural values. Islamic moral education is needed not only to transmit religious knowledge but also to internalize moral values ??that shape students' character and behavior. This study aims to integrate Albert Bandura's Social Learning Theory with the concept of Islamic moral education. Using a qualitative approach with a library research design, this study analyzed primary sources on social cognitive theory and authoritative Islamic texts, as well as secondary sources such as books and scientific journal articles related to moral education and Islamic education. The results show that Social Learning Theory, specifically the concepts of observational learning, modeling, cognitive processes, and reinforcement, has high relevance to the concept of uswah hasanah in Islam. Moral behavior is formed through continuous interactions between individual cognition, the social environment, and observed behavior. Islamic Religious Education teachers play a strategic role as moral models, while the family, school, and digital environments have a significant influence on students' moral development. This study contributes an integrative conceptual framework between modern psychological theory and Islamic values, as well as practical recommendations for Islamic Religious Education educators in implementing role-modeling-based learning in the modern era.
