IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM HALAQAH AL-QUR'AN DI PONDOK TAHFIDZ SYUHRATUL ISLAM

Abstrak

Abstract  This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Halaqah Al-Qur'an Program and its supporting and inhibiting factors at Pondok Tahfidz Syuhratul Islam Gelumbang. The research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The novelty of this research lies in the analysis of the implementation of the Halaqah Al-Qur'an Program through the grouping of students based on reading and memorization skills combined with the application of talaqqi, muroja'ah, sima'an, and sorogan methods in one structured learning system. The results of the study show that the halaqah program is carried out regularly with the guidance of murabbi according to the level of ability of the students so that it is able to improve the quality of reading and memorization of the Qur'an. The supporting factors of the program include caregiver leadership, strict tahfidz directors, competencies of ustadz and ustadzah, and a structured learning system, while inhibiting factors include differences in students' initial abilities, diverse educational backgrounds, and more intensive coaching needs. The implications of this study show that the halaqah model based on ability grouping can be an alternative to tahfidz learning management for Islamic educational institutions in improving the quality of Qur'an learning.
